Production time
Every custom transfer is made to order. We print, proof and pack custom orders within 2 to 4 business days. Ready packs are dispatched faster, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery
We currently deliver within Egypt only. Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days depending on your location.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched we will share your tracking details so you can follow it to your door. If you have an account, you can also view your orders from your account.
Shipping costs
Shipping is a flat 80 EGP anywhere in Egypt. Bulk and team orders are quoted directly.
Custom orders: shipping is paid upfront. Every custom transfer is printed for one person and cannot be resold, so we ask for the shipping fee before production starts. It confirms your order and reserves your slot in the print run. The rest of your order is paid on delivery. We send the payment details after you order.
Applying your transfer
Clean and dry the surface, peel the backing, press the transfer down firm from the centre out, then lift the film. No heat, no tools. Leave it 24 hours before the first wash.
Custom transfers are made to order
Because each custom transfer is personalised and printed for you, custom orders can't be returned or refunded for a change of mind. Please check your design, spelling and colours carefully before you order.
If something's wrong
If your transfer arrives damaged, defective, or different from the design you approved, that's on us. Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we'll reprint it or refund it. No arguments.
Ready packs
Unopened ready packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in their original condition and packaging. Opened or partially used packs can't be returned unless they're faulty.
Refunds
Once a return or claim is approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong thing.
