Online store terms
By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
What we make
Inker produces custom UV DTF transfers made to order, and pre-made ready packs. Transfers are printed and shipped for you to apply to your own items; we do not sell the items themselves. Custom orders are personalised and are subject to our Shipping & Returns policy.
Your custom designs and content
When you submit a name, number, logo, or artwork to be printed, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's trademark, copyright, or other rights. You are responsible for the content you submit. We may decline to print any content we consider unlawful, offensive, or infringing, at our discretion.
You keep the rights to your own artwork. All Inker branding, designs, graphics, and site content remain the property of Inker and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
Accuracy of information
We try to display our products, colours and images as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee your device shows colours accurately. We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material is at your own risk.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise. Prices and products are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to refuse or limit any order. Payment is collected through the methods we make available at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information.
Shipping and delivery
For production times, delivery, and costs, please see our Shipping & Returns policy. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.
Limitation of liability
In no case shall Inker or Ascent Performance, our team, affiliates or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any product purchased through it.

We may update or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our discretion. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the site means you accept them.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
